Improve your Harold van der Heijden's EG Study collection

The Harold van der Heijden's EG Study database is shipped by ChessBase in CBH format, but this is not the native format - the collection was created in NICBase and later converted in CBF and later in CBH.
There are some problems using this excellent collection.

1. The co-authors names are placed in "first name area" and cannot be found using ChessBase or Fritz software.

2. The sources are crypted, so you ever need an extra table to understand them.
